🧺 1. How does the rental subscription work?
When you subscribe, you’ll receive a curated bundle of maternity wear, postpartum clothing, or baby essentials. Each rental lasts 30 days. You can either return your items to receive a new bundle or keep them into the next billing cycle — it’s totally up to you!
📦 2. What’s included in each bundle?
We offer three types of bundles:

Mini Bundle – 4 items/month

Standard Bundle – 8 items/month

Premium Bundle – 8 premium items (high-end designer items)
⌛ 3. How long can I keep the items?
Your subscription covers 30 days of rental. After that, you can:

Return the items and receive a new bundle

Keep the same items for the next month (you’ll be re-billed)
There’s no pressure — your subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.
🔄 4. Can I keep the same items for more than one month?
Yes! If you fall in love with your items or want to keep things simple, you can continue using your current bundle for another billing cycle. Just don’t forget to return them when you're ready for a refresh.
🚚 5. Do I need to return the current bundle before ordering the next one?
Nope! You can order your next bundle at any time. Just make sure to return your previous items within 7 days of receiving your new ones to avoid late return charges.
💵 6. What happens if I return my items late?

1–7 days late: $15 late return fee

21+ days: You may be charged the full retail price of the items
🧺 7. Are the clothes new or used?
A mix of both! Every item goes through strict quality checks, eco-friendly cleaning, and sanitization. Items are always delivered fresh, clean, and ready to wear.
🎁 8. Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! You can send a gift card or bundle to an expecting or new parent. Just choose the “Gift” product and add to your cart.
🧷 9. What if something doesn’t fit?
Contact us at info@bundleandblossom.ca and we will replace the items for you.
🌍 10. Is this service eco-friendly?
Absolutely. By renting instead of buying, you’re reducing textile waste, extending garment life, and making a more conscious parenting choice. We use recycled packaging, biodegradable tags, and green cleaning wherever possible.
🍁11. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada, coast to coast — for free!
❌ 12. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime by reaching out to us at info@bundleandblossom.ca. Just make sure to cancel at least a day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
13. What is the damage protection add-on?
The damage protection add-on protects you from liability for any wear-and-tear to the clothes. Think of it as an insurance policy that you can purchase for $10.
