Welcome to Bundle & Blossom — Canada’s curated rental subscription for maternity clothing, postpartum wear, and baby essentials. This subscription policy outlines how your subscription works, including billing, returns, renewals, and managing your account.

 


 

🛍️ How our subscription works

When you subscribe to Bundle & Blossom, you receive a handpicked bundle of maternity or baby essentials, delivered to your doorstep every month. Our subscription includes:

  • Access to 4, 8, or premium items per month (based on your selected bundle)

  • Free Canada-wide shipping and returns

  • 30-day rental period

  • Option to cancel anytime

 


 

🔄 Billing cycle

  • Your subscription is automatically billed every 30 days from your original sign-up date.

  • Payment is charged to your selected payment method and recurs until you cancel.

  • You will receive email reminders before your renewal and return deadlines.

 


 

📦 Rental period and return policy

  • Each bundle is yours to use for 30 days.

  • After your rental period ends, you’ll have 7 days to return your bundle using the prepaid return label provided.

  • Returns must be scanned within this 7-day window to avoid late fees.

 


 

📬 Early next bundle orders

  • You may order your next month’s bundle before returning your current one.

  • However, you must return your previous items within 7 days of receiving your new bundle.

  • If the return is not initiated within this time, a late return fee of $15 will apply. Continued delays may result in a full retail charge or subscription suspension.

 


 

❌ Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your customer dashboard or by contacting us at info@bundleandblossom.ca.

  • To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please cancel at least the day before your renewal date.

  • If you cancel with a bundle still in your possession, you are still responsible for returning the items within the return window.

 


 

💸 Late returns & lost items

  • Late returns will incur a $15 late fee after the 7-day grace window.

  • Items not returned within 21 days may be charged at full retail value.

  • In the case of lost or damaged items, a fee based on the item’s retail value will be assessed unless covered by our optional Damage Protection Add-On.
