  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of subscription confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bundle is shipped.

  • Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We currently ship through all the major shipping carriers in Canada.

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. If you are located in a remote region, please allow extra time for delivery.

πŸ“¦ Free return shipping

Return of the items are initiated for the following scenarios:

  • Cancelling of existing subscription

  • Swapping one or more products from the bundle for the following month

  • Damaged products received by shipment

To initiate the return contact us at info@bundleandblossom.ca and we’ll send you your free return shipping label and instructions.

⏳ Return deadlines

  • Rental subscription can be canceled anytime before your next billing cycle.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the end of your rental term.

  • Late return initiation (over 7 days) or in case of no return initiation will result in the next month’s billing being charged.

  1. Place all rental items in the original packaging (or similar secure packaging).

  2. Attach the prepaid return label provided.

  3. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

🧺 Cleaning & care

No need to wash items before returning them! We professionally clean and sanitize all products between rentals. However, please:

  • Avoid using bleach or harsh treatments

  • Report any major stains or damage

🧾 Damaged, lost, or unreturned items

  • We understand normal wear and tear.

  • For items returned with major damage, stains, or missing pieces, you may be charged a replacement fee (up to the item’s retail value).

  • Unreturned items after 21 days beyond the due date will be considered lost, and you may be charged accordingly.
