Welcome to Bundle & Blossom! These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and rental services (collectively, the “Service”) provided through our store hosted on Shopify.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

 

 

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to rent with us. Provide and maintain current, accurate billing and shipping information. If your payment method expires or fails, you authorize us to charge your last valid payment method on file.

 

 

2. Rental service

We offer a selection of maternity clothing, maternity accessories, and baby items for rent via monthly subscription bundles.

You agree to:

  • Use rented items with care and only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Return all items by the end of the rental period unless you extend your subscription.

  • Accept minor signs of prior use, as items are cleaned and sanitized before reuse.

 

 

3. Subscription & billing

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days until canceled. Refunds are not issued for partial months already billed. You may cancel subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

 

 

4. Shipping & returns

  • Shipping is free both ways across Canada.

  • You will receive a pre-paid return label for easy drop-off.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@bundleandblossom.ca.

  • If returns are not initiated within 7 days of your rental period ending, you will be charged the next billing cycle.

 

 

5. Damage, loss & late fees

  • Normal wear is expected. However, significant damage (e.g., stains, tears, shrinkage) or loss may result in additional charges.

  • If an item is lost, you may be charged the retail price of the item(s).

  • Optional damage protection is offered while subscribing to your preferred bundle which protects you from liability for damages.

 

 

6. Cancellations & refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date.

  • Refunds are only issued if an order has not shipped or in the event of a service failure on our part.

 

 

7. Product availability

All items are subject to availability. We may substitute comparable items of equal or greater value if needed.

 

 

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our site

  • Submitting false information

  • Engaging in any fraudulent activity

 

 

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and branding on this website are the property of Bundle & Blossom and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

 

10. Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms a part of these Terms.

 

 

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our rental service, including but not limited to allergic reactions or sizing issues.

 

 

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

 

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
